AUDITION DATES: Saturday, January 10 2026, 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm
CALLBACKS: Sunday, January 11 2026, 7pm
DIRECTOR: Marcie Warner. Assistant directed by Nancy Parson.
PERFORMANCE DATES: March 6-22, 2026

DIRECTOR'S NOTES:

LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE is about memory as viewed through clothing we remember best. It’s about handbags and friendships, shoes and tragedy, coats and love. It is, at heart, about being a woman and the bonds made between women through shared experiences. The show encapsulates these moments and uses them to explore what it means to be a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, girlfriend, wife.

Those wishing to audition should prepare a one-minute contemporary monologue (not from this play). The director is looking to cast 5-10 actresses ranging in age from 18-70. Be aware that most roles include playing a variety of women, and those cast may need to memorize up to 3-page monologues. Versatility is vital to bring these roles of various ages, sizes and attitudes to life!
